About us
1825 is a center dedicated to improving the mental health of young adults between the ages of 18 and 25. Offering psychotherapy treatment and psychosocial support in Stockholm and digitally all over Sweden,1825 is the new name for what was the Ung Hälsa division of Stockholm Stadsmission. The division was at risk of being shut down before being taken over by the Young Solidarity Foundation and transformed into 1825.
What we do
We offer young adults access to psychotherapy and psychosocial support, including the ability to exercise their right to choose their method of therapy or support at our clinic in Stockholm. We prioritize those who do not have the financial means to pay for their own psychotherapy or psychosocial support. In addition to our clinical work we want to drive awareness and conversation throughout society about the importance of mental health in our youth through advocacy work.
We are not an emergency room
If you are older than 18 years old, contact your regional emergency psychiatric clinic. If you are younger than 18 years old, contact the nearest BUP reception. Evenings and weekends, BUP’s emergency room.
If it’s an emergency, call 112.
